Carrick-on-Suir is located in the south east of County Tipperary and is a 15–20 minute drive from the M9 Dublin– Waterford. It is in a spectacular setting, nestled in the lush valley between Slievenamon to the north-west and the foothills of the Comeragh Mountains to the south.

Located in the western part of County Tipperary, the District has two towns within its region – Tipperary and Cashel. West Tipperary is a central location to operate business from with key arterial routes linking all major cities and airports.

 

 

 

Nenagh

Nenagh is Tipperary’s largest and northernmost District with an existing base of large scale indigenous industry. 
The District has potential as a location for a vibrant and diverse enterprise mix including major research and development functions, tourism, water-based and outdoor recreation, renewable energy and emerging sectors such as agritech, life sciences, financial services, and engineering.

 

 

 

Templemore-Thurles

Located in the eastern part of County Tipperary, the Templemore Thurles Municipal District has three towns 
within its precinct – Thurles, Templemore and Roscrea. Thurles, to the south of the district is 5 km (3 miles) 
from the M8 (Cork–Dublin) motorway. Roscrea is beside the M7 (Limerick–Dublin) motorway to the north of the 
County and Templemore is equidistant to both the M7 and M8 motorways – providing a 1-hour catchment population of 803,726
