Public Consultation of New Tipperary TC Offices
This report, with the drawings listed in Appendix A-E, comprise the material for public display and consultation for the proposed Town Council Offices, at Rosanna Road, Tipperary Town.
The site for the new offices is shared with proposed Decentralised Offices for the Department of Justice, Equality and Law Reform. The development includes alterations to Rosanna and Carrownreddy Roads and a new roundabout at the junction of these carriageways. The shared site is within the original and former curtilage of the Mercy Convent on Rosanna Road, a protected structure.
This report and the accompanying drawings have been prepared by Coady Partnership Architects and their consultants in compliance with Part 8 of the Planning and Development Regulations, 2001 and the Planning and Development Acts 2000 - 2009.

Tipperary Town Social Research Study was commissioned by the Tipperary RAPID Programme and Knockanrawley Resource Centre (KRC), funded through the Dormant Accounts Fund. The purpose of the research is to provide an up-to-date profile of Tipperary Town that can be used to make the case for further resources and development in the area, as opportunities present themselves, and particularly in relation to national Government funding lines. It will also inform the future plans of the RAPID Programme, Knockanrawley Resource Centre, and other interested parties in the Town.
